LAGERS

Barraclough Lager 4.3%
An elegant & quenching German style, the original beer made by the Shakespeare Brewery, named after Peter Barraclough, the founder. This pale golden delight is easy on the palate with perfectly balanced Malt and Hops giving a clean & pleasant finish in both taste and aroma; 4.3%

Summer's Day Bohemian Lager 5.5%
A sophisticated, rich and spicy Czech style larger blending an original golden malt mixture with the noble ‘Saaz’ hop, weaving an incomparable mix of solid malt foundation which supports intense, lingering hop aroma and flavours.

ALES

Falstaff's Real Ale 4.5%

The English County of Kent, famous for it's Bitters and great Brewers, provides the inspiration for our well Hopped Falstaff's. Whole flowers of Hops steeped in the

maturing ale give a fragrant finish to the delightful biscuit notes from imported U.K. Malts in this sparkling, copper coloured & easily quaffed Bitter Ale.

Puck's Pixillation 11.1%

A Grand Cru Belgian Strong Ale, sumptuous, powerful & fruity displaying the wonderful virtues of this classic style; an enormous candied fermentation character, hugely

complex aromas & tastes from the Malt and Hops blend coupled with lengthy maturation in contact with yeasts at various temperatures to impart a truly unique taste sensation.

STOUT

Willpower Stout 4.0%
Roasted, Pale Ale & Chocolate Malts cleverly blended give this mellow & subtle English style Stout depth of character; high mashing temperatures provide adequate complex sugars to linger in the mouth & complement the traditional assertive Malt flavours

King Lear Old Ale 8.0%

Flavours abound in this strong & rarely encountered Imperial Stout style packed full with rich malty complexity; Licorice, Dark Chocolate and Roast flavours compete with

fruity highlights & the earthiness of bittering Hops to reveal a stout as it used to be made; uncompromising & rewarding

WHEAT

Regan's Raspberry 4.3%
A crisp, slightly tart & refreshing drink, with a generous Raspberry ‘nose’, lush Raspberry taste & lively bubbles to stimulate both taste buds and appetite, often described as “The Champagne of Beers”..

Old Gobbo's Nice Vice 6.1%
A strong, delicious & velvety New World example of this robust

European favourite, displaying the typical smooth rounded flavours of Wheat Malt at it's best, balanced by the warming and unusual alcoholic strength.
