Pale Ale, Dogberry on tap now!!

This harvest-gold Pale Ale showcases New Zealand's classic Green Bullet and wonderful new Kohatu hops. The resinous characteristics of the New Zealand hops intertwine with hints of caramel from Fawcett's Pale Crystal and Weyermann Caramunich malts. The ale's juicy flavours come from Fawcett's Maris-Otter malt, which is floor-malted in accordance with centuries old tradition. Finer bubbles are produced with the natural carbonation process of this unfiltered and unpasteurised ale, giving Dogberry a wonderful soft mouth feel. Further fruit characteristics arrive and round off this ale with the use of a classic British ale yeast.
